Natasha has maintained a size 8-10* figure since first losing weight with LighterLife in 2009. She grew up with lots of lovely home cooking and didn’t eat junk food or takeaways, she just liked her food and got used to eating big portions at meal times.
Now Natasha thinks about her portion sizes and doesn’t eat for the sake of it. The group work has taught her to really listen to her body and only eat when she’s hungry.
