“Eat less and move more”
Oh, if only it was that easy. At LighterLife, we know that there is a lot more to losing weight than that!!
So why do we overeat?
When we asked a range of clients what their reasons were for over consuming, (the cause) they came back with:

- Magazines
- Diet books
- Surgery
- Slimming clubs
- Restrict food
- Exercise
In fact, this is a similar list to the solution that the Government is advocating.
The reality check!
Now if we look at the two lists side by side. How is anything on the ‘solutions’ list going to fix anything on the ‘cause’ list?
