How it works

On your 5:2 plan you’ll replace your conventional food with 4 of our tasty Foodpacks on days you choose to Fast and get all the nutrition you need in around 600 Calories (you can’t do that with ordinary food).

Popular Fast days are Monday and Thursday as it pays back for a heavy weekend and then saves up for the next one. You can Fast more days a week if you want. 


  • Upto 1/3 of your RNI’s of vitamins and minerals in each pack
  • You’ll need 32 Foodpacks or Meal Replacements for 4 weeks (with more for other days or if you do more than 2 Fast days a week)
  • Unique LighterLife CBT counselling content (with group subscription when you sign up to your weight loss plan in January).
