Who doesn’t love a cookie? These delicious chocolate and toffee cookies are a great treat to have with your coffee.
Ingredients:
1 Chocolate Mug Cake
1 Toffee Bar
Method:
1/ Make up the Chocolate Mug Cake Foodpack as instructed
2/ Divide the mixture into two and place on a baking tray.
3/ Cut the Toffee Bar into small chunks and sprinkle them on top of each Chocolate Mug Cake.
4/ Place the baking tray in an oven at 180 degrees and bake for 10-12 mins.
