Mixing Instructions

1.         Add 2 heaped scoops (40g) to 250ml of cold skimmed milk.
2.         Shake or blend until super smooth and creamy.

Top Tips

•       Add a few ice cubes before blending for a thicker smoothie.
•       Whip up some chocolate ice cream – add 60ml of skimmed milk, 12 ice cubes, and your smoothie to your mixer, whizz together for 2 minutes, and enjoy.
•       Add hot skimmed milk (not boiling) for a warming Hot Chocolate Smoothie.
•       Add a teaspoon of instant coffee or espresso powder with hot skimmed milk (not boiling) for an easy Mocha Smoothie.
